These Asparagus & Brie Puff Pastry Wraps are flaky on the outside & creamy on the inside, elevated with a sweet honey drizzle. The perfect snack, lunch, or dinner!

Ingredients
- Supa Mama® baking paper
- 500 g/1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 200 g brie, cut into 8 slices
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pinch crushed chili flakes
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried thyme leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180° Line a baking sheet with Supa Mama® baking paper.
- Toss together the asparagus, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the puff pastry sheets out on a lightly floured surface and cut into 8 squares/rectangles. Arrange squares on your prepared baking sheet.
- Place a piece of brie on each square, followed by a handful of asparagus.
- Take 2 opposite corners of each pastry and wrap up and over the asparagus to enclose (see photo below).
- Brush each pastry with egg and place in the oven and bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the pastries are cooking, melt together the honey, butter, and thyme in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Serve the pastries warm, drizzled with thyme honey and crushed red pepper. Enjoy!
