Spring has officially sprung and following what felt like particularly cold winter and autumn seasons, we will be soaking in all the African summer sun we can! Keeping cool with these chocolate coated banana lollies!

You will need:
Supa Mama® baking paper
Bananas
Wooden lolly sticks
Chocolate
Nuts, chopped
Sprinkles
Instructions:
- Cut bananas in half, pierce with wooden lolly sticks and place in the freezer on a baking tray lined with Supa Mama® baking paper.
- Melt chocolate in a large bowl, large enough to coat banana halves.
- Dip bananas into melted chocolate and place back onto the cold baking paper lined tray. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or sprinkles and place back into freezer.
- Once the chocolate coated bananas are frozen you can store them in an airtight container.
- Enjoy as a healthy yet delicious banana lollies!
