Social Media Community Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Community Coordinator to manage our brand’s online presence and foster an engaged digital community. If you have a passion for content creation, social media management, and building meaningful connections with audiences, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement: Monitor and actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
- Food Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including images, videos, and copy, tailored to our brand voice and audience.
- Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and optimise posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse social media metrics, providing insights to refine content strategies.
- Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 2+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong writing skills, videography skills, creativity, and proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
- Bonus: A passion for food, cooking, or baking is a plus!
