This baked camembert recipe is supa easy, supa quick and supa delicious. It is a guaranteed crowd pleaser with all ages and is perfect for any get together!

Prep time: 5 to 10 minutes
Oven time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4 to 5 people
You will need:
- Supa Mama® heavy duty aluminium foil
- 1 camembert cheese
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- A few sprigs of fresh thyme
- Drizzle of balsamic reduction
- Salt & pepper to taste
How To:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Lay a sheet of heavy duty foil out and place your camembert cheese in the middle.
- Score the top of your cheese (cut thin slits in the skin of the cheese in a grid, as if you were playing noughts and crosses).
- Lay sliced onion on and around the cheese, sprinkle with fresh thyme, drizzle with balsamic and season.
- Cover up the cheese with the foil and place it on a baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove your baked camembert from the oven and serve with crispy bread sticks or crackers.
Storage: No need – this one will be devoured in minutes!
