Dark chocolate almond clusters, a yummy, healthy treat, perfect to pop into a snack bag for lunch on the go.

Serves: As much as you make!
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 to 20 minutes
You will need:
- Supa Mama® baking paper
- Dark chocolate
- Roasted and salted almonds
- I used the ratio of 1:1.5 (for every 100g of chocolate use 150g almonds)
Instructions:
- Line a baking tray with Supa Mama® baking paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until fully melted.
- Pour the almonds into the melted chocolate and stir to coat well.
- Scoop clusters of almonds onto the lined baking tray.
- Place in the fridge to harden and allow the almonds to fully in the refrigerator.
- Pop into a Supa Mama® snack bag and enjoy on the go!
