S’mores should not only be reserved for the fire! Try these oven s’mores recipe & let me know what you think!

Serves: 4 (2 S’more’s each)
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 – 15 minutes
You will need:
Supa Mama® baking paper
Tennis biscuits
Marshmallows
Chocolate

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 150°C with rack in the middle shelf.
- Line a square of rectangle oven proof dish with Supa Mama® baking paper.
- Layer biscuits on baking paper. Top with marshmallows and chocolate blocks (even better if you chop it up into smaller pieces).
- Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown and chocolate is melted.
- Top with biscuits, squish down slightly and enjoy!

SUPA TIP:
- You can get creative with additions or chocolate variations.
- If you find the chocolate burns rather than becomes soft and melty, reduce heat, and bake slower for longer.
- Alternatively, to placing whole or chopped up pieces of chocolate on the marshmallows, you can drizzle the baked marshmallows with microwave melted chocolate.
