Makes: 40 small squares
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Refrigerate Time: 2 to 3 hours
Ingredients:
- Supa Mama® kitchen foil
- 1 cup (225 g) butter, unsalted
- 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter
- 3 and 1/2 cups (400 g) icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt, optional
Instructions:
- Line a 20 cm x 20cm square dish with Supa Mama® kitchen foil and set aside.
- Place the butter and peanut butter in a medium heatproof bowl. Microwave until completely melted and smooth, stirring at 1-minute intervals. Add vanilla and salt if using.
- Add powdered sugar and stir until all the sugar is dissolved. The mixture will become thick. Press into the foil lined dish and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours until completely set.
- Cut into 40-50 squares, or the size you desire.
- Enjoy!
